Description

The Hilow Line is a slim linear wall light: a single straight rod of light 150cm long and just 2.3cm across, rising from a small bracket 4cm by 8cm at its base. Its Brushed Bronze finish gives a warm bronze tone with a soft brushed surface rather than a high shine. The light source is an integrated LED, so there is no bulb to buy or change. It draws 27W and gives 1696lm, with a CRI of 90, which means wood, fabrics and skin tones look natural under it. We sell it in two colour temperatures, 2700K or 3000K: choose 2700K for a warmer, cosier glow, or 3000K for a slightly crisper warm white.

At this length it draws a tall, vertical line of light, which suits the living room, the dining room and the bedroom. In a living room it works on a plain stretch of wall or beside a doorway, adding height and a calm glow for the evening. In a dining room a pair either side of a sideboard frames the space without cluttering the ceiling, and in a bedroom one beside the bed gives a gentle light to wind down by. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms indoors only.

It is dimmable, by DALI or by push dimming, so you can bring the light down to suit the hour. It runs on 230V mains power and is wired in, so it is a fitting for a qualified electrician to install. The Brushed Bronze finish carries along the full length of the rod and over the bracket, so the whole light reads as one clean, unbroken line on the wall. The practical choice to make is the colour temperature, 2700K or 3000K, so decide which suits your room before you order.
