Description

The Hilow is an LED ceiling light built from long, straight bars that cross one another to form an open, layered frame. It has a white finish, and each bar carries a black diffuser frame along its length, so the fitting reads as a crisp pattern of lines across the ceiling. It is 113cm wide and 82cm in height, on a 32cm canopy. The light source is integrated LED, so there is no bulb to buy or change. Depending on the version, it draws 72W or 78W and gives 2356lm or 2651lm, with a CRI of 90, so colours look true and natural under it.

With a span of 113cm, this is a fitting for a generous room: a living room, a dining room with the light above the table, an open-plan space, a study or an office. It comes in 3000K or 2700K. Choose 2700K for a warmer, more relaxed light in the evening, or 3000K for a slightly crisper white that suits working and reading. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms only. The DALI or push dimmable version lets you set the level of light to the moment, either through a DALI control system or from a push switch, which makes it a good choice for a dining room that moves from dinner to conversation.
