This Knightsbridge grid switch cover is pre-marked with 'TUMBLE DRYER' on a polished chrome faceplate, designed to replace the blank rocker on an existing Knightsbridge grid switch module. The cover measures 33mm high by 16mm wide and clips onto the rocker mechanism without requiring any rewiring or removal of the switch module from the wall.

Designed for utility rooms, kitchens and laundry areas where multiple appliances are controlled from a single grid plate, the labelled cover allows users to identify which switch controls the tumble dryer at a glance. This reduces the risk of accidentally switching off the wrong appliance mid-cycle. This cover is designed to fit Knightsbridge's standard 20A DP grid switch modules. It clips onto the existing rocker mechanism and replaces the blank cover that comes as standard with grid switches. It is not compatible with non-grid switches or other manufacturers' grid systems.

Does it require any rewiring to fit?

No. The cover clips onto the rocker of an existing grid switch module without requiring any electrical work. Simply remove the existing blank rocker cover by prising it off gently, then clip the labelled cover into place.
