Description

The Knightsbridge grid switch cover marked 'Oven' is a replacement rocker for modular grid switch systems, moulded from ABS plastic in an anthracite finish with white 'OVEN' text screen-printed on the face. The cover measures 33mm high by 16mm wide and clips onto standard Knightsbridge grid switch modules without tools.

Designed for kitchen installations where multiple appliances (oven, hob, extractor, dishwasher, washing machine) are controlled from a single grid plate, the pre-marked covers eliminate guesswork about which switch controls which appliance. The cover replaces the blank or unmarked rocker supplied with the grid module, allowing the switch to be labelled during installation or relabelled later if appliance positions change.

The anthracite finish is a dark grey-brown tone that pairs with anthracite, black and dark grey grid plates and accessories. The ABS body includes a steel spring clip on the reverse that holds the cover to the grid module mechanism. The IP20 rating confirms the cover is suitable for dry indoor areas including kitchens, utility rooms and commercial kitchen control panels.

This cover is designed for Knightsbridge modular grid switches. It clips onto the rocker mechanism of a standard grid module. Compatibility with other manufacturers' grid systems is not guaranteed.

Can the cover be removed and refitted?

Yes. The steel spring clip on the reverse allows the cover to be pulled off the grid module and replaced with a different marked cover if appliance positions change or if the switch function is reassigned.
