Our Gessanne pendant light is a broad, flat pebble of white that hangs from a slim round ceiling canopy on fine wires. Its outline is soft and asymmetric, a rounded, slightly triangular form that looks different from every side of the room. It measures 80cm across and 15cm tall, on a drop of 200cm. Inside sits an integrated LED, so there is no bulb to buy or change: it draws 40W and gives 3250 lumens of warm white light at 3000K, with a colour rendering index of 80 or more. The underside glows softly and evenly when lit, so the light reads as one calm surface rather than a bright point.
