Description

The Essence is a slim wall light built as a single round bar that sits flat and casts its light upward. The integrated LED hides behind a satin opal diffuser aimed back at the surface, so the light reads as a soft indirect wash grazing the area above the fitting rather than a bright point you look into. Unlit, it holds its shape as a clean brass line, only 70mm deep, staying close to the wall.

It runs at 3000K, a warm white, putting out 1350 lumens along the bar to lift a bedside, hallway or landing with even light. This is the shorter version at 750mm long and 70mm high, projecting 99mm out, so it suits a narrower run beside a headboard, mirror or doorway where the full-length bar would be too much. Because the glow bounces off the plaster, a pale surface behind it gives the best effect.

The base and structure are powder-coated aluminium in a brass finish, with a fixed satin opal polycarbonate diffuser. The LED is built in and included, so it lights as soon as it is wired, with no bulbs to buy and a rated life of 50,000 hours. Rated IP20 for dry indoor rooms, we would have an electrician make the connection.
