Description

The Elipse Outrack is an outdoor track pendant light: a white globe 25.9cm tall and 30cm across, hung from a 5cm rail clip on a suspension length of 200cm. Its light source is an integrated LED of 22.6W, so there is no bulb to buy or change, and it gives 1689lm, 1769lm or 1829lm depending on the version. We offer it in three colour temperatures, 2400K, 2700K or 3000K, running from the warmest glow at 2400K to a cleaner white at 3000K. Its CRI of 90 keeps food, planting and faces looking natural beneath it.

It belongs to our Outrack range, a 24V DC track system, and it is rated IP66, so it suits open outdoor positions: a garden, a patio, a terrace or a covered dining area. A row of globes along a terrace gives a café or restaurant seating area a friendly light, and at home it works well over an outdoor dining table or along a pergola. It is powered from the mains through its track at 24V DC, and it cannot work on its own. It needs the Outrack track it fits, sold separately, which holds the pendant and carries its power, and an Outrack 24V power supply for the track, sold separately, which feeds the track at 24V DC. The whole system is for a qualified electrician to install.

The Elipse Outrack is made of brass, iron and medium density polyethylene in a white finish, and it is a Class III fitting. The design is by Alex Fernández Camps and Gonzalo Milà: a plain globe beneath a shallow white cap, hung on a dark cable. With an IP66 rating and an integrated LED, it is a practical choice for outdoor lighting you want to keep simple.
