Description

The Brillia 3-phase T-connector creates a right-angle junction in track lighting systems, allowing tracks to branch at 90 degrees while maintaining three-circuit power distribution. The white polycarbonate housing integrates an on-off switch that controls power flow through the connector, letting you isolate individual track runs without de-energising the entire system.

Designed for commercial retail displays, gallery installations, hospitality corridors and residential kitchens where track lighting needs to turn corners, the connector measures 168.5mm along its longest axis with a 67.5mm projection from the mounting surface. It fits Ideal Lux Brillia track profiles and other compatible 3-phase systems using the same conductor spacing and profile geometry. The connector installs on ceilings or walls using the same mounting brackets as the track sections themselves.

The white finish matches standard white track sections, creating continuous visual lines when the track changes direction. The polycarbonate construction is rated IP20, suitable for dry indoor environments but not bathrooms or outdoor locations. The integrated switch sits flush with the housing and toggles with a small rocker mechanism, giving manual control over downstream track sections during installation, maintenance or when reconfiguring lighting zones.

The connector is designed for Ideal Lux Brillia 3-phase track. Compatibility with other brands depends on the track profile geometry and conductor spacing. If the physical profile and electrical pin configuration match, it may work, but verify dimensions before ordering.

What does the on-off switch control?

The integrated switch controls power flow through the connector to the downstream track section. When switched off, track sections and spotlights connected beyond the T-junction lose power, while the upstream track remains energised.

Can it be used for left-hand T-junctions?

No. This connector creates a right-hand T-junction. For left-hand junctions, order the corresponding left-hand model from the Brillia range.

What is the maximum load capacity?

Load capacity depends on the track system's rating. Ideal Lux 3-phase track typically supports 10A per circuit, but verify the specific track model rating and ensure the combined load of all connected spotlights does not exceed it.
