Description

The Brillia T-connector left is a three-way track junction for 3-phase track lighting systems, finished in black plastic and rated for 1-10V dimming control. It provides a left-hand branch connection, allowing a perpendicular track run to be added to an existing straight track without interrupting the main run or the power supply.

Designed for commercial retail, gallery, hospitality and residential track lighting installations, the connector suits situations where a grid or L-shaped track layout is needed rather than a single straight line. The 203mm body length and 119mm projection define the physical space the junction occupies once installed. The connector maintains continuous 3-phase power across all three arms, allowing spotlights and pendant adapters to be positioned on any section of the resulting grid.

The black polycarbonate housing matches Brillia's black track profile, giving a consistent appearance across the ceiling plane when multiple connectors are used in a larger layout. The IP20 rating restricts use to dry indoor environments only. The 1-10V dimming compatibility allows the entire track circuit to be controlled from a compatible dimmer when paired with 1-10V-capable drivers in the individual spotlights.

What is the difference between left and right T-connectors?

The left and right designation refers to the direction the perpendicular branch extends when you are facing along the main track run. A left connector branches to the left, a right connector branches to the right. Choose based on the layout direction you need.

Does the connector maintain all three phases across all three arms?

Yes. The connector distributes all three phases to each of the three track arms, allowing spotlights on any arm to be assigned to any phase for independent switching or dimming zones.

Can it be used with other brands of 3-phase track?

The Brillia connector is designed for Brillia 3-phase track profile. Compatibility with other brands depends on whether they use the same conductor spacing and profile dimensions. Contact us before mixing track systems from different manufacturers.

What does IP20 mean for installation?

IP20 indicates the connector is protected against solid objects larger than 12.5mm but has no moisture protection. It must be installed in dry indoor locations only, away from bathrooms, kitchens, outdoor canopies or anywhere condensation or water contact is possible.
