Description

Our Bisel wall light is a slim, modern fitting in iron and glass, finished in gold. A fluted glass cylinder stands upright, half wrapped in a curved gold sleeve that is held off a round wall backplate, so one side of the glass stays open to view while the other is screened by metal. The fitting is 21cm tall and projects 9.5cm from the wall, and its glass shade is 6.4cm across, so it reads as a neat vertical line rather than a bulky bracket. It takes one G9 lamp, and the recommended lamp is a G9 LED, so that is the lamp we suggest for it.

Being slim and shallow, it suits spots where space is tight. Either side of a bed it gives a soft glow through the fluted glass without taking room on the bedside table, and it works just as well along a hallway or landing, beside a dressing table or in a reading corner of a living room. It is rated IP20, which means it is for dry rooms only, so keep it to bedrooms, living rooms, hallways and studies.
