Description

The Bella Direct is a compact wall light: a round wall plate, a short straight stem and a single slim round head, 10.1cm across, that stands 9.4cm out from the wall. Its light comes from an integrated LED, so there is no bulb to buy or change. It draws 5W and gives 388lm, with a CRI of 90, which keeps colours, skin tones and wood looking true. We offer it in White, Black, Brushed Champagne, Brushed Bronze, Brushed Brass or Brushed Titanium, and in a 2700K or a 3000K version, so you can choose a warm white light or one a touch cooler.

This is a wall light for the bedroom, the dining room and the living room. A pair either side of a bed gives each side its own light, and a few spaced along a dining room or living room wall add a quiet layer of light for the evening. It is dimmable by step dimming, so it changes brightness in set steps rather than on a smooth slide, which lets you bring a room down once the meal is over or the book is closed. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms only.

It fits into a cut-out in the wall 9.5cm by 9.5cm, so the wall needs to take that opening where the light will go. It runs on 230V mains and is wired in by a qualified electrician. The four brushed finishes carry a fine linear grain that catches the light, while White and Black are plain and sit quietly against a painted wall. Each fitting comes in one finish and one colour temperature, so order the same choices for every light on a wall and the row will match. Our photographs show the white version.
