Description

The Arena is a ring LED pendant light on a generous scale: a slim brushed brass ring 194cm across, with a section just 5.3cm tall. A soft line of light runs around the inside of the ring, and small cylindrical spotlights are set at intervals around it, so one fitting gives both a gentle glow and focused light. The light source is integrated LED, so there is no bulb to buy or change. Its CRI of 90 keeps food, fabrics and skin tones looking true, and the beam angle is 30°. We sell it in two colour temperatures, 2700K or 3000K: choose 2700K for a warmer, cosier light, or 3000K for a slightly crisper white.

At 194cm across, the Arena suits a generous dining room or a large living room, hung centred over a long dining table or a seating area so the ring frames the space beneath it. It hangs on a drop of up to 500cm, which makes it a good match for tall ceilings, and the canopy that sits on the ceiling is 32.5cm across. Because it dims, it moves easily from bright light for a busy family supper to a low glow for a quiet evening. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry indoor rooms only.

The ring is aluminium, finished in brushed brass, a warm, softly textured metal finish that sits comfortably against plaster, timber and stone. The light is dimmable by DALI or by push dimming, so it can be controlled to suit how you use the room. It runs on 230V mains power and must be wired in by a qualified electrician. On the practical side, measure your room and table before you order: at 194cm across, the ring wants clear space around it, and the drop of up to 500cm lets you hang it at the height that suits you.
