The Aperta EZT3KMB is a complete single-door access control kit built around an IP65-rated proximity keypad, a 250kg holding force magnetic lock, a mushroom exit button, and a green emergency callpoint. The kit arrives with all components needed for a wired indoor installation: the EZTAG3B black proximity keypad with backlit numeric display, ten proximity tags, the A1ML250 internal magnetic lock with lock status LED and contact feedback, a boxed power supply, the EVEXITM mushroom-style exit button, and the A1ECP green emergency callpoint.

Designed for internal single-door installations in commercial premises, residential blocks, small offices and serviced buildings, the system provides both proximity tag and PIN code entry. The keypad is IP65-rated so it can be surface-mounted on external walls leading to internal doors (e.g. communal entrances, stairwell doors, secure storage areas) where exposure to rain and dust is a factor. The 250kg magnetic lock suits most single doors in timber, aluminium or uPVC frames, and the included Z and L brackets allow fitting to inward or outward opening configurations.

The mushroom exit button is a large green dome design that provides clear tactile feedback and is recognisable in low-light conditions. The separate green emergency callpoint follows the standard 'break glass' form factor with directional arrows and 'Emergency Door Release' text, allowing emergency override of the magnetic lock without requiring a code or tag. The power supply is boxed and rated for continuous duty, and the lock status LED on the magnetic lock itself confirms when the lock is energised or released.

The kit dimensions (317 x 230 x 120mm) refer to the shipping carton; individual components are surface-mounted on the door frame, wall and adjacent surfaces as required by the specific door configuration. The combined system weight of 3.6kg includes the magnetic lock, keypad housing, power supply and metal brackets.

What's included in the kit?

How does the emergency callpoint work?

The green callpoint is a break-glass style emergency release that overrides the magnetic lock when activated. It does not require a code or proximity tag, allowing immediate exit in an emergency. The callpoint glass element can be replaced after use.
