Description

The Aperta EZT3KM is a complete single-door access control kit built around an IP65-rated proximity keypad in a silver finish. The kit includes an EZTAG3 weatherproof keypad with illuminated buttons and proximity tag reader, a 250kg holding force magnetic lock with status LED and lock contact, a boxed power supply, a push-to-exit mushroom button, a green internal emergency callpoint, and 10 proximity tags for immediate deployment.

Designed for indoor single-door installations in offices, server rooms, storerooms and commercial premises requiring basic keypad or tag-based access control, the system supports both code entry (12-button keypad with 0-9, * and #) and proximity tag authentication. The magnetic lock provides 250kg of holding force when energized, suitable for standard inward-opening wooden or aluminium doors. The mushroom exit button allows free egress from inside, while the green emergency callpoint provides a break-glass-style override for emergency exit scenarios.

The EZTAG3 keypad is rated IP65, making it suitable for mounting in sheltered outdoor locations such as loading bay entrances or covered side doors, though the kit as a whole is configured for internal use. The power supply is housed in a metal enclosure for wall mounting near the door frame, and the 250kg magnetic lock includes Z and L mounting brackets to suit different door and frame configurations. The proximity tags operate on standard 125kHz RFID frequency and can be carried on a keyring.
