Description

The Aperta is a 7-inch colour video door entry monitor in a white plastic housing, designed for surface mounting on interior walls as part of a wired video intercom system. The monitor connects to a compatible door panel via a 24V wired connection, displaying live video and two-way audio when a visitor presses the door panel call button. Four capacitive touch icons on the front panel control door release, camera selection, call answering and call ending.

Suited to residential installations, small commercial premises and offices requiring visual identification before granting access, the Aperta monitor integrates with ESP's Aperta video door entry panel systems. The 175mm width and 250mm height allow surface mounting in hallways, kitchens and entrance areas without recessing into the wall. The 30mm depth projects from the mounting surface, with cable entry from the rear of the unit.

The white plastic housing sits flush with the screen surround and the capacitive touch icons are backlit for visibility in low-light conditions. The monitor accepts a standard 24V DC power supply and low-voltage cabling for video and audio signals, making it compatible with existing door entry wiring infrastructure in many multi-dwelling properties. The unit weighs 0.5kg net, allowing mounting on standard plasterboard and masonry without reinforcement.
