Description

The Anvil Spot S 60° is a small LED pendant light that brings a neat point of light to a room while taking up very little space. Its slim cylindrical head is just 6cm tall and 3.2cm across, with the light coming from its open lower end. It hangs on a fine cord from a canopy 4.5cm across and 11cm tall, with a maximum drop of 20cm. Inside is an integrated LED, so there is no bulb to buy or change. It draws 4.5W and gives 546 lumens of warm white light at 3000K, with a CRI of 90, so food, wood and fabrics keep their true colours. We offer it in two finishes, black or white.

Its small size makes it a good fit for the dining room and the living room, where you want light exactly where it is needed rather than a large fitting filling the eye. Hang one over a side table, a sideboard or the end of a sofa, or group several above a dining table for a clean, ordered look. The black finish reads as a crisp accent against a pale ceiling, while the white finish sits quietly on a white ceiling. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms only.

The design is by David Abad, and it keeps to the essentials: a plain head, a fine cord and a compact canopy, in black or white. It is a Class I fitting for 230V mains, wired in by a qualified electrician. It is not dimmable, so it gives its full 546 lumens whenever it is on; we suggest treating it as the focused light in a room and letting other lamps do the softer work.
