Description
The Knightsbridge 4-gang modular faceplate provides a smoked bronze screwless frame for euro module inserts, allowing bespoke configurations of TV, data, HDMI, USB and telephone sockets in a single wall plate. The frame accepts four 25 x 50mm euro modules, two 50 x 50mm modules, or a combination of both sizes, with the module inserts clipped into the back of the faceplate before the entire assembly is mounted to the back box.
Designed for AV installations in living rooms, home offices and commercial environments where multiple connection types need to be grouped in one location, the modular faceplate replaces the need for separate individual socket plates. The screwless design uses a cover plate that clips onto a separate metal sub-frame, hiding all fixings once installed. A built-in gasket sits between the faceplate and the wall, reducing dust ingress and improving the visual seal around the plate edge.
The smoked bronze finish is a dark metallic grey-brown that sits between matt black and antique brass in tone, pairing with both warm and cool interior schemes. The premium-grade steel construction gives the plate rigidity when multiple modules are fitted, and the 4.3mm projection from the wall keeps the installation low-profile. The back box depth required depends on the specific euro modules being used — shallow data modules may fit a 25mm box, while deeper HDMI or powered USB modules typically need 35mm or more.

Frequently Asked
What euro modules does this accept?
The faceplate accepts any combination of euro modules totaling four 25 x 50mm apertures. This can be four single-width modules, two double-width 50 x 50mm modules, or a mix of both. Common modules include HDMI, Cat6 data, USB charging ports, coaxial TV sockets and RJ11 telephone sockets.
What back box depth is needed?
The depth depends on the euro modules being fitted. Shallow modules like Cat6 data inserts may fit a 25mm box, but powered USB modules or deep HDMI couplers typically need 35mm or more. Check the module specifications before ordering the back box.
Is the screwless plate removable?
Yes. The smoked bronze cover plate clips onto a separate metal sub-frame that mounts to the back box. The cover can be removed for redecorating and re-clipped without disturbing the wiring or module connections.
What other finishes are available in this range?
Knightsbridge produces this modular faceplate in a range of finishes including polished chrome, brushed chrome, polished brass, matt black and white. Use the search function or filters to find other variants in stock at Niori.
