Description
Zero Line is a long, slim linear light that fits on a ceiling or on a wall, in a black finish with a diffuser running the length of one face. It measures 102cm long, 7.5cm across and just 3cm high, so it sits close to the surface it is fixed to and reads as a clean line of light rather than a fitting. The light source is an integrated LED, so there is no bulb to buy or change. It draws 22.2W and gives 1280 lumens of warm white light at 2700K, with a CRI of 90, which keeps skin tones, wood and fabrics looking true to colour.
We like it in a living room, run along a wall over a sofa or a long sideboard, and in a dining room, where a Zero Line fixed to the ceiling puts a line of light along the length of a table. In a bedroom it sits neatly over a headboard or on the ceiling as a low profile main light. Its length suits long walls and wide rooms that call for a light with reach from end to end. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms only.
It comes in two versions, non-dimmable or DALI or push dimmable, so choose before you order. The non-dimmable version simply switches on and off; the DALI or push dimmable version lets you bring the light down, from a DALI control system or a compatible push switch. The black finish keeps the slim body quiet against a pale or a dark wall, and the diffuser along its length turns the LED into one even strip of light. It runs on 230V mains power and is wired in to the mains by a qualified electrician. Because the LED is built in, there is no bulb to keep in stock.
