Description

The Zephra is a 61cm circular pendant light with an integrated 48W LED strip housed inside a satin brass ring frame and opal polycarbonate diffuser. The LED casts 3000K warm white light evenly through the diffuser, creating ambient illumination without visible bulbs or bright spots. The brass ring measures 35mm in profile depth, giving the fitting a slim presence when viewed from the side.

Designed for dining tables, kitchen islands and living room ceiling positions where a central light source is needed without a traditional shade, the Zephra works in rooms with ceiling heights from 2.4m upwards. The 61cm diameter suits tables of 120-180cm length or circular dining tables of 100-140cm diameter. The transparent PVC suspension cable allows the drop height to be adjusted during installation, and the minimal cable profile keeps visual focus on the brass ring itself.

The satin brass finish provides a mid-tone warmth that sits between polished brass and antique brass, pairing comfortably with both warm neutrals and cooler greys. The opal polycarbonate diffuser is impact-resistant and maintains consistent light output across the entire ring circumference. At 48W the LED provides ambient light levels suitable for a dining or living space, though this is not a dimmable fitting so brightness cannot be adjusted after installation.

Is the Zephra dimmable?

No. The integrated LED is not compatible with dimmer switches. The 48W output is fixed and cannot be adjusted.

What size table does it suit?

The 61cm diameter works above rectangular tables of 120-180cm length or circular dining tables of 100-140cm diameter. For larger tables consider the 91cm or 121cm versions of the Zephra available separately.

Can it be used in bathrooms?

The IP20 rating means this is suitable for dry indoor locations only. It is not rated for bathroom zones or outdoor use.

How is the drop height adjusted?

The transparent PVC cable can be shortened during installation by an electrician to set the required drop height. The cable cannot be lengthened beyond the supplied length.
