The Zephra is an 81cm diameter circular LED pendant light built from a powder-coated metal ring in matt black, housing an integrated 55W 3000K LED behind an opal polycarbonate diffuser. The ring profile measures 35mm in height, creating a slim halo that appears to float when suspended, while the diffuser sits recessed within the metal frame to create an even wash of light across the ceiling and room below.

Designed for open-plan living rooms, dining areas and entrance halls with ceiling heights of 2.7m or above, the Zephra provides ambient lighting rather than directed task light. The dimmable LED allows the light level to be adjusted from full 55W output down to a low glow, making the fitting suitable for both daytime background lighting and evening ambient use. The transparent PVC suspension cable runs through the ceiling rose and can be shortened during installation to suit the specific ceiling height.

The matt black powder-coated finish on the metal ring absorbs rather than reflects light, so the fitting itself remains visually recessive even when the LED is at full output. The opal polycarbonate diffuser softens the LED into an even plane of light without visible hotspots or striations. At 81cm diameter the Zephra suits rooms of 20-30m² floor area, providing adequate ambient light for a 4m x 5m living room or a 3m x 6m dining space when paired with additional task lighting where needed.
