Description

The Worcester is a 360mm bathroom wall light with a polished chrome rectangular backplate, a lower candle-style arm mount, and an upright opal glass cylinder shade. A 3W G9 LED bulb (included) sits inside the glass cylinder, casting diffused light through the opal glass for general bathroom illumination and mirror task lighting.

Rated IP44, the Worcester is splash-proof and approved for use in bathroom zones 1 and 2, making it suitable for installation above basins, beside mirrors, or near shower enclosures. The polished chrome finish coordinates with standard chrome taps, towel rails and shower fittings. The fixture can also be installed in hallways, bedrooms and dressing rooms where a vertical wall light is needed.

The rectangular backplate measures 120mm wide by 360mm tall and projects 113mm from the wall when fitted. All mounting hardware is concealed behind the backplate, leaving a clean surface with no visible screws or fixings. The opal glass diffuses the 3W LED evenly, avoiding harsh shadows or bright spots on reflective bathroom surfaces. The 3000K colour temperature provides a warm white light that suits both chrome and brass-toned bathroom fittings.

Can this be used in a bathroom shower area?

Yes. The IP44 rating means the Worcester is splash-proof and approved for bathroom zones 1 and 2. Zone 1 covers the area directly above a bath or shower to a height of 2.25m from the floor. Zone 2 extends 600mm beyond the bath or shower area. The Worcester can be safely installed in either zone.

Does it come with a bulb?

Yes. The Worcester includes a 3W G9 LED bulb at 3000K warm white. The G9 socket is a push-fit design — replacement bulbs are available separately if needed in future.

Is the light dimmable?

The included 3W G9 LED is not typically dimmable. If dimming is required, check compatibility with your dimmer switch before installation or source a dimmable G9 LED bulb separately.

What bathroom zones does IP44 cover?

IP44 is approved for zones 1 and 2. Zone 1 is the area directly above a bath or shower up to 2.25m high. Zone 2 is the space within 600mm of a bath, shower or basin. IP44 is not approved for zone 0 (inside the bath or shower enclosure itself).
