Description

This wooden hanging Christmas tree decoration threads two whitewashed tree silhouettes between short stacks of natural light brown wood, and finishes at the base with a pair of little rust-brown bells. From a cord loop at the top, it runs in order: a stack of crossed sticks and wooden rounds, a larger white tree, a longer stack of sticks, a smaller white tree, then the two bells on their own cords. The trees have a soft brushed white finish that lets the grain show through, while the sticks keep their plain wood tone, so the piece feels warm and woodland rather than glittering. It hangs 93cm from top to bottom, 14cm across at its widest and only 1.5cm deep.

Because it is a long, slim drop, it works where a single bauble would be lost.
