The Womarne is a smart pendant light in black, shaped as an open spiral ring that hangs on three fine wires from a round ceiling canopy. Its body is aluminium and steel, and a white plastic diffuser runs along the edges of the band, so the integrated LED gives a soft, even line of light rather than a harsh glare. It measures 60cm across and 154cm high overall, and draws 42.5W for an output of 5,300lm, a generous amount for a single pendant. Rated IP20, it belongs indoors in a dry room.

We think it suits a dining room best, where the 60cm ring sits comfortably over the table, though it works just as well in a living room, a kitchen or a generous hallway. The colour temperature adjusts from 3000K to 6500K, so you can keep a warm white for relaxed evenings and turn it cooler for cooking, reading or homework. It is dimmable too, which means one fitting covers a long dinner and a busy weekday morning alike.
