Description

This Knightsbridge rocker cover is laser printed with 'WARMING DRAWER' on a white thermoset resin body measuring 30.6mm high by 15.9mm wide. It clips onto Curved Edge grid switch modules in place of a blank or differently-labelled rocker, allowing modular grid plates to be reconfigured for different appliance designations without rewiring.

Designed for domestic kitchens, hospitality kitchens and commercial premises using Knightsbridge Curved Edge grid systems, the rocker cover lets installers label grid positions for specific appliances during fit-out and swap them later if the room layout changes. The laser-printed text is permanent and won't fade or rub off under repeated switching.

The thermoset resin construction is impact-resistant and carries anti-microbial properties tested to ISO 22196:2011, making it suitable for environments where hygiene matters. The IP20 rating is appropriate for dry indoor locations. The rocker cover is compatible only with Knightsbridge Curved Edge grid modules, not with flat grid systems or standard rocker switches from other ranges.

Is this compatible with standard grid switches?

No. This rocker cover works only with Knightsbridge Curved Edge grid modules. It will not fit flat grid systems or standard rocker switches from other Knightsbridge ranges or other manufacturers.

Can the printed label be changed?

The 'WARMING DRAWER' text is laser-printed and permanent. To change the designation, remove this rocker cover and replace it with a different laser-printed rocker from the Knightsbridge Curved Edge range.

What does IP20 mean for this product?

IP20 means the rocker cover is protected against solid objects larger than 12.5mm but has no water ingress protection. It is suitable for dry indoor locations only, not bathrooms or outdoor installations.

What are the anti-microbial properties?

The thermoset resin is treated with an anti-microbial agent and tested to ISO 22196:2011. This reduces bacterial growth on the surface, making it suitable for commercial kitchens, healthcare environments and hospitality settings where hygiene standards are monitored.
