Description

This light-up fireplace decoration brings a warm, cosy glow to Christmas, with a little festive scene lit from inside its hearth. Behind the window, Santa leans beside a decorated tree and an open sack of presents, with a small figure in pink holding a gift, and fine flecks of glitter sparkle around them. The mantel is dressed with a holly garland dotted with red berries, a pair of gold bells tied with a red bow and two red stockings with white cuffs. Wrapped parcels in green and red, a candle and a small stack of books sit along the top. It is made from plastic, finished in brown with bronze highlights and fluted pillars either side, and it measures 23cm tall, 19.2cm wide and 9.3cm deep.

It stands freely on its own hearth base, so it needs no wall or hook. At just 9.3cm deep it fits happily on a narrow mantelpiece, a bookshelf, a windowsill or the end of a sideboard. We like it on a hall table where it greets everyone coming in from the cold, or among the cards on a living room shelf as the evenings draw in.
