Description
The Vornessa is a three light cluster pendant in black. A round steel canopy holds three slim black cords, and each one ends in a capsule shade of grey vaporised glass topped with a black lampholder. The shades hang at three different heights, which gives the cluster a staggered, layered look whether you see it from the table or the doorway. It measures 110cm tall overall, and the canopy is 30cm in diameter. Each shade takes an E27 bulb of up to 4W, and the bulbs are not included, so you can pick the ones that suit your room. It is rated IP20, which settles where it belongs: indoors, in a dry room.
Over a dining table is where it does its best work. Three points of light spread along the table instead of one bright spot in the middle, and the grey glass gives each bulb a smoky, muted glow that keeps the mood relaxed through a long dinner. It works just as well above a kitchen island or in a living room corner where a single pendant would look too plain. The black steel and grey glass sit comfortably beside dark wood, warm oak or pale walls, so it suits anyone who wants a modern look that leans on texture and shape rather than colour.
The body and canopy are steel finished in black, while the shades are vaporised glass in grey. There is no switch on the pendant itself: it is switched at the wall, and as a wired mains light it is installed by a qualified electrician. It runs on 220-240V, 50/60Hz, and the packed weight is 2.581KG. When you buy bulbs, keep each one to 4W or less, since that is the maximum each lampholder takes, and you will need three to light the full cluster.

Frequently Asked
Can the Vornessa pendant go in a bathroom?
No. It is rated IP20, which means it belongs in indoor rooms that stay dry, so we would keep it out of bathrooms and well away from water.
Which bulbs does it take?
Each of the three shades takes an E27 bulb, up to a maximum of 4W per bulb. Bulbs are not included, so you will need three.
How tall is the pendant?
It measures 110cm tall overall, from the ceiling canopy to the base of the lowest shade, and the round canopy is 30cm in diameter.
Does it have its own switch?

What colour is the glass?
The shades are grey vaporised glass with a smoky tint, set against a black steel body and canopy and black lampholders.
