The Viora is a 1m matt black cover designed to conceal exposed sections of Ideal Lux track lighting systems. The cover snaps onto the track rail to hide unused lengths or gaps where pendant fittings have been removed, maintaining a clean continuous line across the ceiling. The 16mm projection from the track gives a low-profile finish that sits flush with most ceiling-mounted track installations.

Designed for retail, gallery and residential installations where track lighting is reconfigured over time, the Viora cover allows sections of track to be hidden without removing or cutting the rail itself. The cover is particularly useful in commercial settings where display layouts change frequently, or in homes where track lighting is used in open-plan living spaces and a tidy appearance matters. Installation requires no tools — the cover clips onto the track and can be removed and repositioned as needed.

The matt black finish matches the standard Ideal Lux track rail colour and integrates cleanly with black ceiling-mounted track systems. The cover is supplied in 1m lengths, allowing multiple sections to be placed end-to-end to conceal longer stretches of unused track. The material is rigid enough to hold its shape along the track without sagging, and the snap-fit mechanism keeps the cover secure during day-to-day use without requiring adhesive or screws.

Is the Viora compatible with all Ideal Lux track systems?

The Viora is designed for Ideal Lux track rails. It will not fit track systems from other manufacturers due to differences in rail profile and clip dimensions. Check that your existing track is an Ideal Lux system before ordering.

Can the cover be cut to fit shorter sections?

Yes. The 1m cover can be cut to length using a hacksaw or similar tool if a shorter section is needed. Cut cleanly to avoid burrs that may interfere with the snap-fit mechanism.

Does the cover affect track functionality?

No. The cover sits over the top of the track rail and does not interfere with the electrical contacts or mounting channels inside. Track fittings can still be added or removed from uncovered sections adjacent to the cover.

How is the cover removed if the track layout changes?

The cover clips off by hand without tools. Grip the cover at one end and pull gently away from the track to release the snap-fit clips, then slide the cover along the rail to remove it completely.
