The Viora is a single magnetic track spotlight with an integrated 5W 3000K LED, housed in a cylindrical matt black aluminium head that attaches to compatible magnetic track systems via a built-in magnetic connector. The spotlight head tilts and rotates on a ball joint, allowing the beam to be directed at artwork, architectural features or work surfaces without needing to move the track itself.

Designed for residential and commercial accent lighting, the Viora suits kitchens, living rooms, galleries, retail displays and offices where flexible directional lighting is needed. The magnetic attachment means the spotlight can be repositioned along the track in seconds without tools, allowing lighting schemes to be adjusted as rooms are reconfigured. The 5W LED output delivers focused task or accent light rather than general ambient fill, working best when multiple heads are spaced along a track to build up overall coverage.

The matt black aluminium body measures 150mm in length with a 58mm head diameter and a 32mm projection from the track when fitted. The integrated 5W LED is rated at 3000K warm white and is dimmable when paired with a compatible dimmer on the track circuit. The IP20 rating limits the Viora to dry indoor environments — it is not suitable for bathrooms, wet rooms or outdoor use. Ideal Lux supplies a 5-year warranty with this fitting.

What track system does the Viora fit?

The Viora uses a magnetic attachment system, so it requires a compatible magnetic track rather than a standard rail track. Check that your existing or planned track system supports magnetic spotlights before purchasing. Ideal Lux manufactures compatible magnetic track rails available separately.

Is it dimmable?

Yes. The integrated 5W LED is dimmable when the track circuit is connected to a compatible LED dimmer. Dimmer compatibility depends on the specific dimmer model — trailing-edge dimmers tend to work best with low-wattage integrated LEDs.

Can it be used in bathrooms?

No. The IP20 rating means the Viora is only suitable for dry indoor environments. It cannot be used in bathrooms, wet rooms, conservatories with condensation or any outdoor application.

How is the beam angle adjusted?

The cylindrical head tilts and rotates on a ball joint inside the magnetic connector. This allows the beam to be directed in almost any direction without moving the track position. The spotlight can also be repositioned along the track itself by sliding the magnetic base.
