Description
The Valmora is a 650mm table lamp built around a stacked cylindrical column: a black marble base with grey-white veining, a polished brass mid-section, and a 380mm white PVC drum shade topped with a small rounded brass finial. A single E27 lamp socket sits inside the upper assembly, keeping the external line of the column uninterrupted from base to shade.
Designed for console tables, sideboards and bedroom dressers, the Valmora reads as task and accent light rather than primary room illumination. The 380mm shade diameter gives a broad downward spread that suits a hallway console or a pair flanking a bed, while the 650mm height places the shade at a comfortable level beside a seated reading position. Fits any standard E27 LED, halogen or filament bulb up to the rating shown on the lamp holder (bulb sold separately).
The base is solid marble, so each lamp shows different veining and tonal variation across the polished black stone. The brass cylinder above is finished to a high polish, giving a warm reflective band between the matte stone and the matte shade. The combined marble and metal construction makes the Valmora notably heavier than a typical fabric-and-resin table lamp, which keeps the upright column stable on glass, timber and stone surfaces alike.
The geometry is deliberately repetitive: three stacked cylinders of decreasing visual weight, finished with a small spherical finial. This gives the lamp a graphic, architectural quality that pairs with contemporary, art deco and luxe-modern interiors without competing with surrounding decor.

Frequently Asked
What bulb does it take?
The Valmora takes a single E27 (Edison screw) bulb, sold separately. A warm-white LED between 6-10W and 2700K-3000K is typical for bedside or console use, giving soft ambient light through the white PVC shade.
Is each marble base the same?
No. The base is cut from natural black marble, so the white and grey veining, density of pattern and tonal variation differ between individual lamps. This is a feature of the natural stone.
How is the marble cleaned?
Wipe the polished marble with a soft, dry microfibre cloth. For marks, use a barely-damp cloth with distilled water and dry immediately. Avoid acidic cleaners, sprays or polishes, which can etch or dull the polished surface.
How heavy is the lamp?
The exact weight is not listed by the supplier, but with a solid marble base and a polished brass mid-section the Valmora is substantially heavier than a typical resin-based table lamp. The weight keeps the column stable on most flat surfaces without additional fixing.
