Description

The Urban PF/60 is a round ceiling light made of iron, wrapped in a Cream Translucent Ribbon shade pleated in fine vertical folds, with a wide round diffuser underneath framed by a slim ring. It is 60cm across and 16.5cm tall, so it sits close to the ceiling while lighting a generous circle of the room. The ribbon lets a soft glow through its sides as the diffuser spreads light downwards. Depending on the version, it takes an integrated LED or four E27 bulbs: with the integrated LED you need no bulbs, and it draws 39W and gives 3829 lumens of warm 2700K light with a CRI of 90, so colours look true; with E27 bulbs, which are not included, each bulb can be up to 9W.

We sell it in two versions, Non-dimmable or LED, TRIAC dimmable, so choose the one that matches your switch: the LED, TRIAC dimmable version works with a compatible dimmer. At 60cm across, it is well sized for a living room, dining room or large bedroom, and for wide hallways and landings where a hanging pendant would feel low. Its shallow height suits rooms with lower ceilings too. It also sits comfortably over seating in hotel lounges, cafés and restaurants. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry indoor rooms only.

The body is iron, and the Cream Translucent Ribbon is pleated evenly all the way round the drum, finished at the lower edge by the ring that frames the diffuser. It runs on 230V mains and is Class II, which means it is double insulated. It is wired in to the mains by a qualified electrician. Before you order, decide on your version: whether it dims, and whether it takes an integrated LED or E27 bulbs, depends on the version you choose.
