Description

The TRIBIS II is a recessed LED spotlight built around a single GU10 lamp holder, drawing up to 10W from a standard 220-240V AC supply. It sits flush in the ceiling and accepts a PAR16 LED lamp giving a warm white 3000K tone. The square trim measures 82 x 82 mm, and the head tilts so the beam can be aimed at a wall, worktop or feature rather than pointing straight down. As recessed can lights go in the US sense, this is the directional, gimbal-style fitting people reach for when they want light pointed somewhere specific.

Indoor rooms are where this spotlight earns its place, suited to kitchens, living spaces, hallways and bedrooms where a tidy ceiling line matters. This is a GU10 spotlight fitting, so the lamp is specified separately and chosen to suit your needs. Whether the spotlight dims depends on the GU10 LED lamp you fit and a compatible dimmer switch, so check both the lamp and the dimmer are listed as dimmable.

Can this spotlight be used in a bathroom or outdoors?

No. The TRIBIS II is rated IP20, which means it is for dry indoor use only. Keep it out of bathrooms, showers, porches and any garden or damp location, as it offers no protection against moisture.

How is the head adjusted and what can it light?
