Description

The Tria 03 is an LED wall light with a soft, pebble-like outline: a flat, rounded panel that sends its light back onto the wall around it rather than straight into the room. We offer it in two finishes, White Satin Lacquer or Natural Oak, and it is made of wood finished oak and aluminium. It stands 31cm tall and 29cm wide, projects 8cm from the wall and has a back plate that measures 11.5cm. The integrated LED needs no bulb and gives 1550lm from 20W, at a warm 2700K with a CRI of 90, so colours and skin tones look true.

It is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms only, and it sits most happily in a living room, bedroom or dining room. A pair either side of a bed makes a calm alternative to bedside lamps and frees the tables for books. In a living room it washes a wall with warm light on evenings when an overhead light feels too much, and on a dining room wall it sets a softer mood around the table. It is TRIAC dimmable, so on a compatible dimmer you can bring it down low for late suppers or up for a brighter room. White Satin Lacquer suits pale, quiet walls, while Natural Oak brings warmth to a room with timber floors or furniture.

The design is by Ruben Saldaña, and it pairs wood finished oak with aluminium. It runs on 230V mains, wired in by an electrician, so it is for a qualified electrician to install. With an integrated LED there is no bulb to buy or change, and because it projects just 8cm from the wall it sits neatly where space is tight, beside a bed, a sofa or a dining table.
