Description

The Toffee is a small round outdoor wall light that sits proud of the surface on a slim stem and throws its light indirectly. Lit, it washes soft cones up and down the wall and leaves a gentle halo glowing behind the disc, so the wall itself becomes the light rather than the fitting shining into the eye. Unlit, it reads as a neat circular puck standing just off the surface.

This is the anthracite version, an 80mm disc that stands 77mm off the wall, small enough to run in a line along a facade or flank a door in pairs. The dark anthracite finish keeps the disc discreet against render, brick or a painted wall in daylight, and the up-and-down wash grazes the surface with light instead of casting a bright pool at ground level.

The base and body are powder-coated aluminium built for outdoor life, and the light escapes past a clear tempered glass diffuser. Illumination comes from an integrated LED giving 900 lumens at 3000K warm white, with a colour rendering above 90 for a true, warm tone, and no bulb is ever bought or replaced. It draws 8W, runs for around 50,000 hours and carries an IP65 rating, sealed against dust and water jets for year-round use outside.

An indirect wash. The disc stands off the wall and throws soft light up and down the surface with a halo behind it at 3000K warm white, grazing the wall rather than shining a bright source straight at you.

Does it need bulbs?

No. An integrated LED giving 900 lumens is built in and included, so there is nothing to fit or replace. The module is rated for around 50,000 hours and renders colour above 90 for a warm, true tone.

Is it suitable for outdoor use?

Yes. It is rated IP65, sealed against dust and water jets, and the aluminium body is powder coated to stand outside all year. It should be wired to a suitable outdoor supply by a qualified electrician.

How big is it and where does it suit?
