The Timarne is a linear LED pendant light in black and rustic brown. Three overlapping black rings sit beneath a beam of wood with a rustic brown grain. The whole piece hangs on two slim suspension lines from a narrow black rectangular canopy. It is 101cm long and 40cm wide, with an overall height of 110cm. The light source is integrated LED, rated at 2 x 12.5W, so there is no bulb to buy or fit. Its IP20 rating settles where it belongs: indoors, in a dry room such as a dining room, kitchen or living room.

Its long, low profile is made for a dining table or a long kitchen table, where one long fitting runs along the table instead of a row of separate pendants. The 3000K colour temperature gives a warm white light that suits evening meals and relaxed conversation. Black and rustic brown together give an earthy look that sits comfortably in a modern farmhouse kitchen, an industrial-style flat or a pared-back Scandinavian dining room. The tones work well alongside grey walls, timber floors and dark or grey upholstered chairs.
