For a dining table the pendant typically hangs 650-750mm above the surface, which requires approximately 2.5-2.7m ceiling height. How is the pleated shade cleaned?

The white fabric shade attracts dust over time. Use a soft brush attachment on a vacuum cleaner set to low suction, or a dry microfibre cloth to remove surface dust. Avoid getting the fabric wet, as moisture can cause watermarks on pleated fabrics. The crystal droplets can be wiped with a barely-damp microfibre cloth and dried immediately.
