Description
The Terrano is a 160mm rectangular wall light cut from light beige travertine, with a terrazzo-style composition of natural stone fragments set into a pale cream matrix. A COB LED housed inside the block casts light upward and downward through the open ends, while the translucent stone glows from within where mineral inclusions catch the light. The body measures 80mm wide and 80mm deep, giving it a compact upright proportion.
The fitting suits hallways, stairwells, bedrooms and living rooms where a small architectural wall light can add texture without dominating the wall. Mounted at eye level or slightly above, it produces a contained up-and-down wash that grazes the wall surface and emphasises any adjacent texture, such as plaster, brick or panelled timber. Pairs along a corridor create rhythm; a single fitting works as a bedside reading-height light or beside a doorway.
Each travertine block carries different stone fragments and tonal variation, so no two Terrano lights look identical. The fragments range from soft cream and pale beige through to warmer ochre and darker grey-brown inclusions, with the natural pores of the travertine visible across the surface. The COB LED light source sits hidden inside the body, leaving the stone itself to act as the diffuser and create the lit pattern across the face of the fitting.

Frequently Asked
Does the light shine up and down, or only outwards?
The COB LED is housed inside the travertine body and casts light upward and downward through the open top and bottom of the fitting, producing a wall-grazing wash above and below. Light also glows softly through the translucent areas of the stone itself, creating a lit pattern across the face.
Does each piece look the same?
No. Travertine is a natural stone, and the terrazzo-style composition of embedded fragments varies between pieces. Tonal variation, fragment shape and pore patterns differ from one Terrano to the next, so each fitting carries its own character.
Can it be used in a bathroom?
No specific IP rating is listed for this fitting, so we'd recommend it for dry interior locations only — hallways, bedrooms, living rooms and stairwells rather than bathrooms or zones with moisture exposure.
How is the travertine cleaned?
Travertine is porous and can mark if exposed to liquids or chemical cleaners. Dust gently with a dry, soft cloth or a soft brush. Avoid sprays, polishes and damp cloths, which can stain the surface or seep into the natural pores of the stone.
