Description

The Tarvena is a dome pendant light with a finely ribbed shade in a warm sand colour, white on the inside and hung from a white cable beneath a neat white cone canopy. The shade is plastic and measures 30cm across, and the light has an overall height of 110cm. It takes a single E27 bulb, which is not included, so the brightness and warmth of the light are yours to choose. Its IP20 rating settles where it belongs: indoors, in dry rooms, and never in a bathroom or the garden.

At 30cm across, it is a pendant sized for spaces where a large shade would crowd the room: in a row over a kitchen island, above a bedside table, in a hallway or over a small dining table. The sand tone sits easily with natural wood, linen and stone, while the white inside reflects light downwards, so the pool of light beneath the shade is brighter than the outside colour suggests.
