The Taros floor lamp gives you two adjustable heads on a slim upright, finished in matt white with soft opal diffusers. Standing 160cm tall with a footprint of just 33cm wide and 23cm deep, it takes up little floor space while reaching over a chair, sofa or desk. At 3.2kg it is easy to move where the light is needed, and its plain lines sit quietly in a room rather than drawing the eye.

Light comes from an integrated 20W LED giving around 1800 lumens, so there is no separate bulb to buy or replace. Each of the two heads swivels and adjusts, and they can be used together or independently, which lets you point light where you want it and leave the rest softer. The lamp is dimmable and the colour temperature is adjustable, both from a tactile button on the lamp and by remote control, so you can move from a warm setting to a cooler, brighter one to suit the task or the time of day.

The matt white finish and opal diffusers keep the look calm and even, with no harsh glare from the heads. Made from metal and aluminium, it is built to stand steady and last. This lamp is Class 3 and rated IP20, which means it is for dry indoor use only and should not be used in bathrooms or outdoors.
