Description
The Tag is a small recessed downlight built to set into a plasterboard or panelled ceiling, showing only a round ring at the surface with the light source sunk behind it. The white die-cast body drops the LED back inside the reflector, so the lamp itself is kept out of direct view and the fitting reads as a neat ring that blends into a pale ceiling. Lit, it lays down a broad, even pool of warm 3000K light below; unlit, the matt white ring sits flat against a white ceiling and nearly disappears.
The LED is built in and gives 750 lumens through a 50-degree beam, a wide, soft spread that suits general room light rather than a tight accent, with the glare held low. Colour is a warm 3000K with a colour rendering above 90 and a low glare rating, so skin, timber and fabric look natural and the fitting is comfortable to sit under, which suits a living room, a bedroom or a hallway. A row of them gives even, low-glare coverage, and matching 2700K and 4000K versions cover the same fitting where a warmer or cooler tone is wanted.
The body is die-cast aluminium finished matt white, rated IP20 for dry indoor rooms, and the driver is built in so there is no separate box to wire. The LED is fixed and rated to 30,000 hours, with nothing to fit or replace. It runs straight off the 220-240V mains, so we supply it ready to recess and wire, with no extra transformer to add.

Frequently Asked
What kind of light does the Tag give?
A wide, soft downlight. The built-in 7W LED gives 750 lumens through a 50-degree beam at a warm 3000K, spreading an even pool below rather than a tight spot, with a low glare rating so it is comfortable to sit under.
Is there a bulb to fit or a driver to wire?
No to both. The LED is built into the die-cast body with the driver integrated, rated to 30,000 hours, and it runs straight off the 220-240V mains. It arrives ready to recess and wire with nothing extra to add.
How do the colour temperatures compare?
This is the warm 3000K version, a natural white for living rooms and bedrooms. A 2700K version gives an even warmer, softer tone, and a 4000K version gives a cooler, crisper light for kitchens and work areas. All draw 7W with a colour rendering above 90.
Where does it suit?
Dry indoor rooms. Rated IP20 with a low glare rating and a wide beam, it works as general ceiling light in living rooms, bedrooms and hallways, set flush into a plasterboard or panelled ceiling in a row for even coverage.
