Description

This surface mounting frame converts a recessed LED panel or downlight into a surface-fixed fitting where there is no ceiling void to recess into. The white plastic housing measures 103 × 69 × 31 mm, suits fittings rated up to 25W, and screws to a solid ceiling so the luminaire sits proud rather than cut in. Rated IP20, it is for dry indoor locations only.

The frame is a passive mounting part with no electrical components of its own; the fitting it carries provides the light. Its compact 103mm footprint keeps the surface profile neat on plasterboard, concrete or timber ceilings. We also stock the recessed LED panels and downlights this frame is designed to surface-mount, so the part and fitting can be ordered together.
