The Sunfire Tribal Mural is a single-piece wall panel that covers 5.40 square metres, measuring 200cm wide by 270cm high. It takes the form of an irregular slab framed by a rough, dark charcoal border. Inside that border sits a mosaic of small carved blocks in bright yellow, orange, red, white and black, with a yellow zig-zag running through the centre. The colouring is vividly polychrome rather than muted or earth-toned. The whole piece is made from hand-made textured fibreglass, so each panel carries the small variations you would expect from a handmade item.
