Description

The Style is a low outdoor bollard built around a slim powder-coated aluminium post, standing 300mm tall at 138mm across. An opal plastic shade sits at the top and turns the light downward, so it lays a soft, even pool onto the ground close around it rather than throwing it out or up. Lit, it marks the edge of a path or a bed with a warm ring of light at knee height; unlit, the black post reads as a quiet vertical marker in a border.

The LED is built in and gives a warm 3000K over a wide 120 degree spread, 950 lumens at the source with 780 reaching the ground through the opal shade, so the light stays out of the eye and glare is kept low as you walk past. At this height it works as a marker along a path, a driveway or an entrance, laying overlapping pools when several are run in a line. It is not a general area light; it is made to edge and light a route.

The body is powder-coated aluminium in black with an opal plastic shade, rated IP54 against dust and splashing, with the LED fixed and rated to 30,000 hours. It runs off 100 to 240 volt mains with the driver built in, so we supply it ready to site and wire with no bulb to fit and nothing extra to add. Taller 500mm and 1000mm versions run in the same range for higher light.
