Description
The Sparkeon is a 760mm 4-light track spotlight bar in matt black die-cast aluminium, with four independently adjustable GU10 spotlight heads mounted on a rectangular rail. Each head rotates 350° and tilts approximately 90°, allowing light to be directed onto worktops, feature walls, artwork or specific zones within a room. The fitting mounts to ceiling or wall, with the rail running horizontally across the mounting surface.
Designed for kitchens, home offices, retail displays and gallery walls where task or accent lighting is needed without individual ceiling cut-outs for recessed spots, the Sparkeon provides directional control across a 760mm span. In a 3m-wide kitchen the bar typically mounts centrally above an island or worktop, with two heads angled to cover the work surface and two angled outward to provide ambient fill. The 125mm projection from the mounting surface keeps the heads clear of upper cabinets and ceiling edges.
The matt black powder-coated finish minimises reflections and pairs with contemporary, industrial and monochrome interiors. The die-cast aluminium construction provides rigidity without flex when adjusting the heads, and the IP20 rating suits dry indoor environments. Each GU10 socket accepts bulbs up to 50W (LEDs typically 5-7W), sold separately, giving control over colour temperature and beam angle to suit the application.

Frequently Asked
Is the Sparkeon dimmable?
Yes, when paired with dimmable GU10 bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch. The fitting itself does not contain dimming electronics — dimming is controlled at the wall switch or circuit level.
What bulbs does it take?
Each of the four heads takes a standard GU10 bulb up to 50W. Most users fit 5-7W GU10 LED bulbs with a 36° or 60° beam angle depending on whether narrow accent lighting or broader task lighting is needed. Bulbs are sold separately.
Can it be mounted on a wall as well as a ceiling?
Yes. The Sparkeon mounts to either ceiling or wall using the same fixing points on the rear of the rail. On a wall the heads typically angle downward to light artwork, shelving or feature walls.
How much adjustment do the spotlight heads have?
Each head rotates approximately 350° around the rail and tilts roughly 90° from vertical to horizontal, giving full directional control for task, accent or ambient lighting configurations.
