Description

The Solid SH Sens 220 is a long, slim cylinder LED pendant light from the Solid range. It is one straight tube, 220cm long and 4.5cm across, that hangs level from two suspension points set 204cm apart. The light source is an integrated LED, so there is no bulb to buy or change. It draws 35W and gives 5110 lumens of warm 2700K light with a CRI of 90, which keeps food, wood and skin tones looking true. We sell it in Black, Brass, White or Aluminium, so you can pick the finish that sits best with your furniture.

At 220cm long, this is a pendant for a long table. Hung over a dining table, it lights the table from one end to the other. With a drop of up to 350cm, it can be set at the right height under a tall ceiling as well as a standard one. It suits a living room too, over a long sideboard or a reading corner, where one clean line of light keeps the room calm. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms indoors only. It is dimmable with a compatible dimmer, so you can bring it down for a slow supper and up again for homework or a jigsaw.

The design is by Josep Lluís Xuclà. It is pared back to a plain tube with the LED built into it, hung on two fine wires that each meet the tube at a slim ring. Whichever finish you choose, Black, Brass, White or Aluminium, the tube reads as one long, simple line across the room. It runs on mains power and is wired in by a qualified electrician. As a Class I fitting, it needs an earth connection. Before you order, measure your table and the ceiling above it, and plan for the two suspension points sitting 204cm apart.
