Description

The Knightsbridge Small Multimedia Combination Plate combines a 2-gang 13A DP switched socket with space for four 25x50mm Euro module inserts, all behind a single white curved-edge faceplate. The 175x148mm plate allows mains power and low-voltage signal connections to be grouped in one location rather than scattered across multiple separate faceplates.

Designed for AV installations, home offices, and kitchen media walls where both power and data/signal connections are needed in close proximity, the plate fits a standard 130x157x48mm cut-out box. The four module apertures accept any 25x50mm Euro module insert from the Knightsbridge range, including HDMI, satellite TV, CAT6 networking, telephone, USB charging, or coaxial connectors. This means the configuration can be tailored to the specific cabling run behind the wall during installation.

The 2-gang socket section provides two independently switched 13A outlets with double-pole switching, isolating both live and neutral when switched off. The white thermoset resin construction carries anti-microbial properties tested to ISO 22196:2011 and is rated IP20 for general dry indoor use. The curved-edge profile sits 7mm proud of the wall once fitted, with visible fixings at each corner. Knightsbridge backs the plate with a 25-year warranty.

The plate accepts any 25x50mm Euro module insert from the Knightsbridge modular range. Common choices include HDMI, CAT6 RJ45 networking, satellite F-type coaxial, USB charging modules, 3.5mm audio jacks, and telephone RJ11 sockets. Module inserts are sold separately.

What back box size is needed?

A 130x157x48mm cut-out box is required. The plate projection adds 7mm from the wall surface once fitted. Ensure sufficient cable entry space behind the box for both mains and low-voltage cabling.

Is this screwless or screw-fixed?

This is a screw-fixed plate with visible fixings at each corner. Knightsbridge offers screwless versions in other ranges if a concealed-fixing finish is required.

Can the module layout be changed after installation?

Yes. Euro module inserts clip into the apertures and can be swapped out without re-wiring the mains section, provided the necessary cabling is already terminated behind the plate.
