This is a passive Skit connector bracket finished in black, decoded from the article code TEAR N SKIT B as an IP20 indoor fitting. It is a functional mounting and joining part rather than a light source, so it carries no lamp or output of its own. The black finish keeps it discreet against dark track, profile or trim, and the part is shaped to hold and align the components it joins in a tidy, secure run.
