Description
The Sirio is a small block for an outside wall that projects well clear of the surface, 160mm out on a narrow 100mm base, so it stands as an upright marker beside a door or gate. A clear tempered glass diffuser lets the GX53 bulb read as a bright point, casting light up the wall and down over the fitting rather than a soft even wash. By day it sits as a compact black pillar squared to the surface.
This is the black version, a die-cast aluminium body that sinks back against brick, dark render or a painted facade so the lit glass carries the effect. It takes a GX53 bulb, so the brightness and warmth are yours to set through the lamp you fit, whether a warm welcome at a door or a crisper light on a contemporary wall. Its small upright shape suits a doorway, a gate pier, a garden wall or a series spaced along a path.
The body is powder-coated die-cast aluminium with a clear tempered glass diffuser, and it is rated IP65 against dust and jets of water for outdoor use. It accepts one GX53 bulb up to 9W, which is not included, so you can fit an LED lamp at your preferred colour temperature. It wires straight to the mains.

Frequently Asked
What kind of light does the Sirio give?
A glow through clear tempered glass, sending light up the wall and down over the body, with the GX53 bulb showing as a bright point rather than a soft diffused panel. It works as a compact marker of light beside a door or along a wall.
Does it take a bulb or is one included?
It takes one GX53 bulb up to 9W, and a bulb is not included. You can fit an LED lamp at the output you like, from a warm 2700K glow to a cleaner 4000K white to match a contemporary wall.
Is it suitable for outdoors?
Yes. It is rated IP65, sealed against dust and jets of water, so it suits an exposed door, a gate pier or a garden wall. As with any outdoor fitting it should be wired by a qualified electrician.
How big is it and where does it suit?
It is compact, 100mm wide and 50mm tall, yet stands 160mm off the wall. That upright projection suits a doorway, a gate pier, a garden wall or a row spaced along a path where a small, sturdy marker is wanted.
