This shelf sitting reindeer figurine brings a cheerful Christmas face to the edge of a shelf, with a small LED light set inside its ceramic body. He wears a glossy red coat trimmed in white, a green scarf and green mittens, and a red hat sits between his brown antlers. One mitten holds a little gold wrapped present, and three star cut-outs are set into the front of his coat. Under the coat, a pair of red and white striped legs with a knitted texture hang down to chunky black boots. He measures 16cm tall, 6cm across and 5.1cm deep, so he fits neatly into a small space.

His legs are made to dangle, so he is happiest perched on the front edge of a bookshelf, a mantelpiece, a deep windowsill or a dresser, where he can look out over the room. On a flat surface he sits just as well with his boots stretched out in front of him. He is for dry rooms indoors, which makes the living room, hallway, dining room or a bedroom shelf all good homes for the festive weeks. With the LED lit, the star cut-outs in his coat add a little seasonal light to a dark corner as the evenings draw in, and his cheerful face and bright stripes keep him looking jolly by day too.

The body is ceramic with a glossy finish, and the LED runs on two LR44 button cell batteries, which are included.
