Description

The Seralba is a swan neck wall light in brass and glass. A slender brass arm leaves a round wall plate, sweeps up and over in a smooth curve, and lowers a single white glass shade in the broad, stepped schoolhouse shape. It takes one E27 bulb of up to 40W, and bulbs are sold separately, so you can pick the bulb that suits the room. The light is 39cm tall and 35cm wide, and it reaches 44.5cm out from the wall, which carries the glass well clear of the brickwork or plaster.

It is rated IP44, so it suits a bathroom as well as a bedroom, a dining room or a living room. In a bathroom it brings light out over the basin; in a bedroom it works as a reading light beside the bed; in a dining room or living room, a pair either side of a dresser, fireplace or mirror gives a balanced, traditional look. We sell it in Antique Brass, Antique Silver, Natural Brass, Matt Black, White, Polished Brass and Satin Brass. The two painted finishes are Matt Black RAL 9005 and White RAL 9010, handy if you want to match a wall colour or woodwork exactly.

Every Seralba is made to order for you in Ireland, from brass and glass, with the shade held in a gallery at the foot of the swan neck arm. It is a mains fitting for a qualified electrician to wire in to the mains. The maker guarantees the fittings it makes for five years from the date of purchase, and bulbs are not covered. Before you order, measure the spot you have in mind: allow for the full 44.5cm reach from the wall and the 39cm height, so the shade hangs where you want the light.
