Description

A pair of dinner candles, each 20.5cm long and 2cm across at the base, in a blend of soy and paraffin wax. The taper is slight: the candle narrows from the base towards the wick over its whole length rather than stepping in at the top. The surface is rough rather than smooth, with vertical runs and ridges down the full length and a matt, chalky finish, so the grey shifts between light and dark on each candle.

The pair is made for holders that take a tapered candle, and no holder is included. At 20.5cm they stand clear of a table setting once they are in a holder on an evening table. The same candle is made in other colours.

The wax is a blend of soy and paraffin. The rough, streaked surface runs across the whole Rustic range, which also holds pillar candles and mini pillar candles. The dinner candle is made in six colourways and this is the charcoal. Two candles come in the set, and nothing else is included.
